What if I can’t pay my rent on time?
We understand drops in revenue and unexpected expenses, and we’ll make every effort to accommodate your situation. We offer an automatic extension until the 10th of the month. Please note there is a service fee associated with that extension, which is 10% of your monthly rent. If you need longer, please contact us as soon as you know there may be a problem. How much space does my company need?
Most businesses use between 200 and 250 square feet per person. But you’ll want to plan for growth – a good rule of thumb is to assume you’ll need 10 to 50 percent more space in the coming years, depending on your expected growth rate and the length of your lease term.
