Ms. Vicki Findley Frost, along with Robert Findley, direct all operations, and manage account services, including taking care of our current tenants and helping find new ones. Fully diversified business persons, Vicki and Robert are networkers who enjoy sharing contacts and getting to know new people in north Gwinnett’s burgeoning community of tech firms.

Findley Commercial Properties serves light industrial and technology companies who need easy access to Atlanta’s northeast corridors of I-85, 985, Sugarloaf Parkway, Peachtree Industrial Boulevard and Buford Highway

Our family has been working with the Duluth community since the late 1800s. Back then Duluth was a small farming town, and Findley Bros. owned a cotton mill and the local seed and feed store.

By the early 1970s, Guy Findley saw that Duluth was transitioning away from farming and toward a business-based economy. They began buying land, investing in warehouse space, and developing industrial parks. Since then, Findley Commercial Properties has expanded to support the growth of hundreds of Gwinnett entrepreneurs, everyone from mechanics and woodworkers, to accountants and tech start-ups.

After over 100 years in Duluth, you might guess that we’re pretty heavily invested in the community. You’d be right. We think this allows us to offer something most leasing companies can’t: a sincere commitment to our tenants’ success that reflects well on our Family name.

What if I can’t pay my rent on time?
We understand drops in revenue and unexpected expenses, and we’ll make every effort to accommodate your situation. We offer an automatic extension until the 10th of the month. Please note there is a service fee associated with that extension, which is 10% of your monthly rent. If you need longer, please contact us as soon as you know there may be a problem. Send a letter explaining your situation and proposing a revised payment schedule. You can send it to:

Who do I contact with maintenance or repair issues?
Please call Brian Knox at 770-778-9868, or feel free to call us directly at 770-851-9444, and we’ll make sure your maintenance needs or repairs are taken care of ASAP.

Do I need a broker?
We’re happy to work with your broker if you have one, but you don’t need a broker to rent with us. Just call 770-851-9444 or and we can help get you into a space that’s perfect for your business.

How much space does my company need?
Most businesses use between 200 and 250 square feet per person. But you’ll want to plan for growth – a good rule of thumb is to assume you’ll need 10 to 50 percent more space in the coming years, depending on your expected growth rate and the length of your lease term.
